Staying at Jack’s place was such a highlight for our two families and kids. We spent our days enjoying lawn games on the huge property, picking fresh blackberries and lounging poolside. Everything was kept very clean with everything we needed. The heated pool was amazing… We spent many hours in it. Overall we loved it and are excited to go back.

By far the most amazing Airbnb place I have booked! It is so beautiful, well designed, and very clean! Jack is a wonderful host, even when we missed our ferry and check-in time, they were able to accommodate us! We were sad that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the services Jack offers, but we will definitely be coming back to take the scuba diving and snorkelling classes!

Diving Experiences

Jack … gave me a few solo boat dives in the area including Church, Mackenzie, and a few others. There’s a pinnacle in Saanich Inlet at 80′, and there’s a bunch of huge cloud sponges over the side of it at 130′ or so. Surface vis was zero, but it opened up to 100’+ below so it was a great ‘night dive’ in the daytime.

Spent 12 min there, alone with the darkness, the stillness, the narcosis, and these massive ancient sort-of-animals. A long meditative moment I’ll take to the grave.
